Insurance Plans

Rehability will gladly bill your insurance company for the physical therapy services we provide. We are ‘in-network providers’ for many insurance plans– see those listed to the side. We work with all workers’ compensation and auto insurance companies. Additionally, we accept assignment for Medicare and Medicaid.

As a courtesy to you we will help to verify your physical therapy benefits on your first visit. Please remember, however, that any information obtained is “not a guarantee of coverage”.   Most insurance plans have some form of deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance. These payments are due at the time of service.

For those patients who do not have health insurance, have maxed out their benefits, or have other unique situations, we will be glad to work with you personally.
